"Clay is ever-changing, always rearranging, just like are lives are. When I feel clay flowing between my fingers and watch a shape begin to form, everything else around me disappears. It centers me, it gives me comfort, and most of all it makes me happy. I am always striving to come up with new shapes, handles, and glaze combinations. Pottery throwing is something that enriches my life. I cannot imagine my life without it now."
