Working with a Peace Corps volunteer in Mombasa, Boaz Moseti established Kenya Crafts, which provides many individual artisans an international market for traditional Kenyan crafts. Collaborating with fair trade organizations in the US and Europe since 2001, Kenya Crafts coordinates orders, pays a fair price for goods from artisans, and consolidates international shipments. The organization has been working with craftspeople to introduce renewable and recycled resources into traditional craft production.
