Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

At Planet One Gifts we are committed to your satisfaction. All purchases may be returned (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Returns must be in complete, unaltered condition and in original packaging. Please email us at customerservice@planetonegifts.com with the order number, purchase date, product description, reason for return, and your contact information. Also, please insure the package as we cannot issue a refund on lost or damaged goods.

Planet One Gifts takes care to wrap and package your gifts in a way to protect them from the shipping process. However, if you should receive an item that is is damaged or defected please notify us via email at customerservice@planetonegifts.com within 5 business days so we can arrange for a replacement. See return policy above.

Cancellations: Orders may be changed or cancelled at any time prior to shipment at no charge. If your package has already been sent before cancellation notification, please follow guidelines for returns.

Absolutely no returns on food items or bath and body products!
