We do not ship internationally at this time.



Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping method is via USPS ground and UPS for large or heavy packages. Your order will usually ship within 24 hours, but to be safe we state 1-2 days. Once shipped, orders take approximately 3-6 business days to arrive. Please allow more time during the holiday months. Sometimes orders are shipped from different locations so one order may come to you in two packages, but will ship out at the same time. UPS and USPS do not guarantee the exact arrival date for shipping by ground.

Please check the shipping address carefully at check-out. If you do not receive mail delivery to your home, please supply a PO Box (USPS only, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes). If an address is incorrect, this may delay shipping. Please note that we must pay shipping costs for each package shipped, if a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We want to ensure that your order reaches you promptly.

How to order online

Click the "Add to Cart" button on the items you want to purchase. When you have finished shopping, click on the "Cart-Shopping Basket Icon" button and follow the step-by-step checkout instructions. At this time, you can add additional items to the "Quantity Box". After you enter your billing and shipping information and submit your order, a confirmation will automatically be sent to you via email. Please note 8.5% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Washington State gift recipients.

Our Packaging Materials

We use recycled tissue paper shred as the filler in our baskets. Our confetti bows and ribbons are also made from recycled materials. This does not mean they are less “functional” or less “beautiful”, but it does mean that they are better. Better for our environment by decreasing the demand on our natural resources and better because we are decreasing the amount of waste in our landfills.

Your gift purchases are shipped in boxes that our vendors used to ship items to us. The packing used to “fill and protect" your item during the shipping process consists of many types of materials. Again, much of this comes from packages sent here to our business, and from our own “shred pile” here at Planet One Gifts. You may find styrofoam peanuts, newspaper shreds, torn brown paper bags and a host of other fill. Our point, we reuse and recycle whenever we have the chance. We ask you, our customers, to also reuse and pass on these materials if you are able. If you send packages out this will help, or you can pass the materials on to a friend or neighbor. Together we can make changes, learn new ways to recycle and reuse and at the very least, slow down the negative impact of environmental waste that affects our planet today.
